Ashwagandha for me doesn’t work instantly and it may take 1 or 2 weeks before you notice any differences, although can totally vouch that it works well to reduce stress , just that patience and commitment is required upon taking this product, I can recommend taking ashwaganda everyday together with l-theanine as they both do well to combat stress
