  • Can be taken with or without food but may be most effective when taken on an empty stomach

    Rhodiola Rosea can be paired well with l-theanine, It is an adaptogen and it is really helpful to decrease stress, I’ve used rhodiola together with l-theanine and they work well to make you calm and feel at ease

    Rhodiola rosea is really effective especially in the afternoon when your energy levels are used up. It really gives you extra energy and focus to complete tasks. I stack this with Lion’s Mane and Bacopa monnieri.
